Tamarindo
Tamarindo is a small town on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. It is famous for its kilometre long uniquely beautiful beaches. Water sport, mainly surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving, is very popular. Other sporting activities such as horse-back riding, mountain biking or deep sea fishing are also available. The culturally interested will find art galleries, party lions will find distraction in the nightlife of bars and discos and the typical fiestas.
